### **【WS】Return and Refund Policy**

#### **I. Basic principles for returns and refunds**
1. **Special hygiene instructions**  
   For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel products (including but not limited to sexy lingerie, underwear, corsets, etc.) will not be accepted for return once they have been opened or used. Only intact products that have not been opened, used and do not affect secondary sales can be returned.

2. **Return time limit**  
   You can apply for a return within **7 natural days** from the date of receipt (based on the logistics receipt time), and no processing will be done after the time limit.

#### **II. Return conditions**
The product must meet the following conditions to be returned:
- The product packaging is intact, and the tag, label, anti-theft buckle, etc. have not been removed;
- The product has not been worn, washed, modified or damaged by humans;
- Provide the original order number and valid purchase receipt;
- Not the following special products:
- Customized products (such as special sizes, customized prints);
- Clearance/flash sale products (clearly marked "non-returnable" on the page);
- Opened sanitary protection products (such as thongs, nipple covers, etc.).

#### **III. Refund method**
1. For orders that meet the return conditions, the payment will be returned according to the original payment path (credit card/PayPal/Alipay, etc.), and the arrival time depends on the payment platform, usually 3-5 working days.
2. If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong/missing shipment, we will bear the return shipping costs; if the return is not due to quality problems, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

#### **IV. Return Process**

1. **Submit an application**  

   Contact customer service email/submit online form: order number, name of return product, problem description and photo evidence.

2. **Review and Confirmation**  

   Customer service will review and notify the result by email within 48 hours, and provide the return address after passing.

3. **Return the product**  

   Must use a trackable logistics method to return, and keep the waybill number. It is recommended to purchase freight insurance.

4. **Refund Processing**  

   After the warehouse inspection is passed, the refund will be initiated within 3 working days.

#### **V. Exceptions**
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Due to customer personal preference (such as color or size not suitable, the size chart is provided on the page);
- The product is damaged due to abnormal use or improper storage;
- Customized products do not support returns;
- Exceeding the return period or not following the process.

#### **VI. Privacy Protection**
To protect your privacy, please do not mark the product name on the outside of the package when returning. It is recommended to use the order number as an identifier. All return information will be kept strictly confidential.

#### **VII. Disclaimer**
- Damaged/lost goods during transportation: Please check the goods on the spot when signing for them. If there is any problem, refuse to accept them and contact customer service.
- Delayed returns due to force majeure (such as epidemics, natural disasters) will be resolved by negotiation between the two parties.

**Tips**:  
1. International orders may involve tariffs and cross-border shipping differences, which need to be explained separately;  
2. Some countries/regions have mandatory return period requirements for remote sales (such as 14 days of no-reason return in the EU), and policies need to be adjusted according to the target market;
